Lisandra Rickards

This woman, a Jamaican native, is changing the way people do business in the Caribbean. Her approach in the work place is changing from authoritative to a more open learning based approach. This is due also to the rise of women being more openly accepted in leadership roles. Lisandra is CEO of the Branson Center of Entrepreneurship and has the highest percentage of female managers in the world. She is a great example of women helping other women to elevate themselves in the work place.
